Berdasarkan teknologi tersebut diterapkan di Japan, kemudian disesuaikan dengan kondisi di Indonesia, Koperasi Jasa Multi Pihak PUSTEKLIM bekerja sama dengan PT Hari Mukti Teknik mengembangkan Insinerator <\/span>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span>\n\nFluidized Bed\n\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> pertama di Indonesia. Teknologi ini dirancang khusus untuk memberikan solusi pemusnahan limbah secara tuntas serta ramah lingkungan, dan telah memenuhi standar baku mutu emisi sesuai dengan peraturan Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia.<\/span>\n\n&lt;&gt;\n\n* Menurut statistis Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup Pemerintah Jepang, pada tahun 2024, Insinerator Fluidized Bed dioperasikan di 213 tempat di Jepang.\n\n&lt;&gt;Prinsip <span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Fluidized Bed<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Jika kita memasukkan partikel kecil seperti pasir di dalam suatu <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">reactor<\/em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> dan injeksi gas (seperti udara) dari bawah, apabila flow rate gas masih kecil, gasnya hanya melewati &lt;&gt; antara partikel saja, maka partikelnya tidak bergerak. Akan tetapi, jika flow rate gasnya semakin ditambah, partikel tersebut mulai <\/span>\n<em style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">suspend ed (melayang-layang), kemudian apabila ditambah flow rate lagi, mulai muncul gelembung gasnya pada lapisan partikel, maka walaupun partikelnya padatan, mulai bergerak seperti air panas yang dididihkan (\u201cBUBBLING REGIME\u201d dalam\ngambar bawah). Situasi itu disebut \u201cBubbling Fluidized Bed\u201d. Waktu start up, partikel <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">fluidized bed<\/em>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> dipanaskan dengan <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">burner<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">. Sesudah temperatur <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">fluidized bed<\/em>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> tercapai suhu yang sampah mulai terbakar dengan sendiri, <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">burner<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">nya dimatikan dan mulai masuk sampah. Dengan mengontrol <\/span>\n<em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">feed rate<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> sampah dan<\/span><em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> flow rate<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> blower, temperatur dalam insinerator dijaga antara 800 \u2013 1,000 <\/span>\n<em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">degree Celsius<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">. Gas yang dihasilkan dari pembakaran dicuci dan diperdinginkan (sampai di bawah 200 <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">degree Celsius<\/em>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">) dengan<\/span><em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> wet scrubber <\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">sebelum dikeluarkan ke atmosfer lewat cerobon. Untuk jenis sampah yang tidak terbakar (<\/span>\n<em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">incombustibles<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">) seperti logam, kaca dan batu, difasilitasi <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Incombustible Removal System<\/em>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> untuk memisahkan dan menguras dari <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">fluidized bed<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">. Ada juga sistem pengolahan air limbah dari <\/span>\n<em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">wet scrubber <\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">supaya air tersebut dibersihkan dan disirkulasi. Sisa pembakaran seperti abu-abu terdapat berbentuk partikel yang ikut <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">flue gas<\/em>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> yang keluar dari insinerator, maka jika dicuci dengan <\/span><em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">wet scrubber<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">, mudah dipisahkan dari <\/span>\n<em style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">flue gas<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> tersebut.
